In an attempt to remain cordial. Could someone please point me in the direction of an actual working support number, that will have an actual human on the other end. I need to be able to speak to someone for the help I need because it’s a complicated issue I don’t exactly know how to explain, and poorly constructed drop down windows unfortunately have not helped aid in my quest for a solution in any way, shape, or form, for the past two hours…. And that’s just the time I’ve spent trying to find out how to actually speak to someone for help…. So can I please get some assistance in this department so I can fix this computer, and continue my work.

Hi Aaron, I too have real issues where I am going round in circles and really need to speak with one of the Microsoft customer team to help me. I am unable to log in as you suggested in order to access ‘chat’ as when I go into the link re: password reset that has been sent to me after I passed the security evaluation it won’t let me go any further. I am at a complete loss as to why to do next and am really struggling to understand why this process is so difficult and why it is t is hard to get to speak to a human being where I can quickly examine what the problem is, no one seeks to be prepared to listen to me a which is not giving me the best impression of Microsoft. Can you help me? I am desperate here.

    Regards, Matthew Hart

I need to talk to a live person. Because every time I try to sign in to my account on windows browser it says it needs to verify my identity and supposed to send me a code but never does.

I used the live chat. I had to wait 1 1/2 hours for an agent to respond, about 76 people were ahead of me. The agent was unable to find that I had a subscription, although I informed him $12.50 was being taken from my account each month, and gave him the date of the email that said my account would be switching from a free trial to a paid subscription. He asked for my PayPal account information and wanted remote access to my computer. He refused to put me in contact with a supervisor although I asked nine times. He would not give me his ID# or his supervisor's ID#. He ended the chat without addressing my concerns and sent me a worthless email referring me to general web information which was the same information I used to get to the chat. I am very disappointed and will have to carve out another three hours to try and get this resolved. My sister had a similar problem as mine and resolved it by switching from Microsoft 365 Business to Microsoft Home User. Why is this so hard?

I can not get into my account to cancel. I do not have the email associated with my account anymore and it just keeps telling me the only way I can get help is to log in??? My computer was stolen and when I got my new one i had to buy a new subscription to windows since I couldn't access my other account. I am certain Microsoft will just continue to auto charge the old one and now the new one...how can I cancel???
