I've had this laptop for a while now, my laptop is also approx 4 years old, idk if this may be the cause of my problems. Most games I play crash and it's related to my GPU.
I've pretty much tried everything except for reading my "Event Viewer" errors. I was wondering if someone could help me read through these errors. This is my error viewer log, I've already filtered error, warning, and critical.

If you want to know about my drivers, I've installed newer versions from intel and manufactuer websites, since the asus website for my drivers are 3-4 years old.

Hi David, I seem to be running my games fine as long as I play with vSync on, I haven't had issues yesterday when I was using it. I'm guessing the issue was running fps pass my monitor hertz.

You should be able to run games exceeding the monitor's hertz. My assumption is that with vSync turned on, your GPU is used less, using less power and heating up less.
Therefore, the problem you are experiencing without vSync On could be related to the GPU overheating or power-related.
When you have time, I suggest you check whether the issue is overheating. Cleaning the inside of your laptop might be enough to improve the overheating situation.

Hi David, I'm back.
I'm back and I've tried what you suggested. I don't think the problem is overheating, I've already unscrewed my laptop and dusted everything. I've just opened my laptop and started running a program. My temps are around 80C.
The only things I've haven't tried is undervolting.
I have also seen online people talking about how laptops have 2 gpus and there is a problem switching inbetween them.
BTW, I don't know how to do both these methods, so would it be possible for you to provide instructions?
Edit: I've seen people stress testing their pcs, except I don't really understand how to do stress tests like Cinebench and Intel XTU.
Edit 2: I'm having a lol of power and thermal throttling. If you want my log files I'm happy to send, but this is what I'm seeing from XTU cpu stress test.
