I have been getting occasional BSODs on a newly built PC, with the computer slowing down and losing fps before crashing. Normally, the computer instantly restarts after crashing, but the past two times it has crashed, it remained on the BSOD screen, allowing me to see the stop code. The first was DRIVER IQRL NOT LESS OR EQUAL, and the second was DPC WATCHDOG VIOLATION. I have run memtest86+ on my computer for over 7 hours and it passed 9 times without any errors. There is also nothing in my C:\Windows\Minidump folder, which I checked after the most recent crash.

Try forcing Windows to show failed drivers and produce minidump files, enable Driver Verifier for this.
Make the BSOD happen 3 times and then see if the files were created.
Before running Driver Verifier, create a new system restore point.
If you have problems starting Windows after enabling Driver Verifier, follow these steps:
Start your PC, as soon as Windows tries to load (spinning dots appear), press and hold the power button for 5 to 10 seconds to perform a forced shutdown
Do this two or three times.
Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment.
Go to Troubleshoot > Advanced Option > Startup Settings and click Restart.
When restarting, press 4 to enter safe mode.
Open command prompt as administrator, run these two commands and restart your PC.
verifier /reset
verifier /bootmode resetonbootfail

When I get the BSODs, the computer doesn't automatically restart, and instead remains at 100%. I have to force it to shut off by holding the power button. After doing that 2 times, the computer went into Automatic Repair, where it is now saying that Windows couldn't load correctly and is asking me if I want to restore to the earlier system restore point I made earlier. It lets me restore or cancel. It doesn't go into the recovery environment. What should I do?
