Occasional BSODs on a newly built gaming PC. Need help solving the issue.

I have been getting occasional BSODs on a newly built PC, with the computer slowing down and losing fps before crashing. Normally, the computer instantly restarts after crashing, but the past two times it has crashed, it remained on the BSOD screen, allowing me to see the stop code. The first was DRIVER IQRL NOT LESS OR EQUAL, and the second was DPC WATCHDOG VIOLATION. I have run memtest86+ on my computer for over 7 hours and it passed 9 times without any errors. There is also nothing in my C:\Windows\Minidump folder, which I checked after the most recent crash.

2024-08-12T17:12:34+00:00 The drivers show they are for Windows 11. I am on Windows 10, and don't want to upgrade out of preference. If I downloaded these drivers, would they still be compatible with my computer?
