While this is a temporary fix there is a chance you can transfer your files or recreate your user file if it was done with a Microsoft account, is that a possibility?
Problem after update
After an update on 15 August (I think), one of the users (admin) gets a recurring screen (http://ventre-a-pattes.net/bug.jpg) and cannot work. Two other accounts (one admin, one not) do not have the problem, a third one (not admin) does too. I tried to uninstall all recent items, ran update again, nothing works. Thanks for any suggestion.

Within that profile, search for Command Prompt, right-click on it, and choose "Run as administrator." Once it's open, run the following commands:
sfc /scannow
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
After that, restart your computer and log back into the new profile to see if the issue is resolved.
