Problem after update

After an update on 15 August (I think), one of the users (admin) gets a recurring screen (http://ventre-a-pattes.net/bug.jpg) and cannot work. Two other accounts (one admin, one not) do not have the problem, a third one (not admin) does too. I tried to uninstall all recent items, ran update again, nothing works. Thanks for any suggestion.

    Hi EricYL.

Thanks for your reply. I checked your private message and the blue screen log in it. I understand that your computer seems to have blue screen and other problems due to an AppXDeploymentClient.dll error that triggered an exception in svchost.exe.

We determine that there may be some missing or corrupted files in your system at the moment.

Please do the in-place upgrade I replied to earlier in your normal administrator account and fix it that way.

Then please refer to the following link to perform a clean boot

How to perform a clean boot in Windows - Microsoft Support

After the clean boot, please try the clean boot again in the account where the problem occurred

Disclaimer: A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. It helps to determine whether a background service is interfering with your game or program and to isolate the cause of a problem.

These steps of "clean boot" might look complicated at first glance. However, to avoid any trouble for you, please follow them in order and step-by step so that it will help you get back on track.

Check to see if any issues arise after this.

Thank you for your understanding and support.

    Best regards,

    Zev

Tried sysdm.cpl from admin account, the only recent .dmp are in users[user]\appdata\local\crashdumps and are named explorer.exe.[…].dmp.

Any way I can generate a useful dump?

    Hi Zev

Have to do this from another account, I can't get more than 5 or 6 seconds on mine before that awful screen comes back.

It has definitely something to do with WWAHost: when I disabled it, the background came all the same, but the little wheel was gone.

I had tried to generate the dump from this account, but it is no admin. To avoid damaging it, I will upgrade the one recently created and try from there.

    Hi EricYL.

Thanks for your reply. You provided us with a link to the blue screen log.

I'm sorry I can't access the logs through it. I will initiate a private message with you where you can upload the blue screen log to me.

In the meantime, I noticed that you found this blue screen log from a year ago. If your computer blue screens again, could you please try again in the same path to find if there is a recently generated log and provide it to me.

Additionally, I have noticed that you are having problems with your account as well, so please use your administrator account to follow up on the actions I have provided you with.

Thank you for your understanding and support.

    Best regards,
