Problem after update

After an update on 15 August (I think), one of the users (admin) gets a recurring screen (http://ventre-a-pattes.net/bug.jpg) and cannot work. Two other accounts (one admin, one not) do not have the problem, a third one (not admin) does too. I tried to uninstall all recent items, ran update again, nothing works. Thanks for any suggestion.

    Hi Zev

Sorry for the late reply, the device where I wanted to place the backups has some problems, I had to get another one.

After the reinstall of Windows 11, the problems remain.

My main account still displays continuously what seems to be the background of the app run on accessing a new account (do you allow MS and apps to use your location, etc.).

This account displays it a few times, after what I can use it normally. Two other ones do not show it at all.

I had tried to disable some programs I thought might be responsible (Linux boot and rename) but have not found the right one.

Would moving to Windows 10 be possible while keeping programs and desktops?

    Regards

    Hi EricYL.

Thanks for your reply. I understand that your problem is occurring after the update. In previous replies I have provided you with ways to uninstall the update and use a restore point. Unfortunately they are not effective.

You can try to go back to Windows 10, but please make sure to backup your data.

I do understand your desire to find a 100% safe way to help you get back to Windows 10, but I'm sorry to say that we don't have a 100% safe way to fully help you with your new system and can only avoid data loss by backing up your data.

In addition, before you go back to Windows 10, I suggest you do a fresh install of Windows 11 after backing up your data, and if you still have problems, you try Windows 10 again.

Thank you for your understanding and support.

    Best regards,

    Security: Windows Defender ;o)

Now, keeping in mind that the problems occurred after an automatic Windows update, without any other change (addition or removal of anything), would there be a chance to fix that if I revert to Windows 10, provided there is a 100% safe way to achieve that?
