Remove Inaccessible Computers from Link to Windows App on Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra

I need assistance removing multiple computers from my Link to Windows app. I have a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. There are 4 computers linked to my Link to Windows app on this phone. These computers are actually previous Windows installations on my current PC. I've reinstalled Windows multiple times on this PC, and I can no longer access these previous installations to disconnect them properly. I need a way to remove these inaccessible computers from my Linked Account.

How can I remove these inaccessible computers from my Link to Windows app on my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra without having direct access to the previous Windows installations?

    I have the same issue for my new computer

    but I found the solution (I place my solution here because RAZVAN-ALEXANDRU ANGHEL was the last person replied on this thread, hope everyone can see my solution and resolve this issue)

    to solve this problem

    1. go to your phone

    settings -> apps -> link to windows -> storage

    clear cache and clear data

      1. go to your phone

    settings -> apps -> link to windows service -> storage

    clear cache and clear data

    1. restart your phone
    2. login to Microsoft to remove the old device from the name you use
      (in my case, I have both new and old devices, and I will remove the old device)

    (after     you remove all old devices, your Microsoft registered email will only associate with your new device only.)

    1. run "windows powershell" as an administrator

    execute the following command
    Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.YourPhone -AllUsers | Remove-AppxPackage

    this command will reinstall phone link from your PC
    6. restart your PC
    7. reinstall "phone link"

    8.     open "phone link" app
    app will send the notification to your phone to ask permissions
    grant the permissions your feel comfortable

    make sure both your phone and pc bluetooth are on when you link them.

    I just attempted Otto Chen1 suggestion to remove the old disconnected PC from my Samsung Note 20.

    My old disconnected PC still appears on my Samsung phone.

    Being there is a possibility of operator error I will attempt again.

    I spoke to Microsoft escalated it and you know what the retards developers said it is by design!

    ****? By Design? Because I have 3 computers all the same computer and 3 phones all the same phone my phone quits working with it! I can't make calls or receive calls from the PC because of the **** RETARDED STUPID DEVELOPERS! This is like trying to assign 3 PC on the network with the same damn IP address!
