Remove Inaccessible Computers from Link to Windows App on Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra

I HAD an open ticket with Microsoft Support on this. They called me back and said these effing **** words!

IT IS WORKING AS DESIGNED!

Yes they effing designed it so you can't remove any devices from your account! If someone knows the damn Microsoft Developers responsible damn well cuss them out for being bastards! If other commercial software was designed this way NOBODY would EVER use the software! I wish a damn third party company would design their own version of Windows Link so we could tell Microsoft to F off!

Hi there, exact same issues here. Padt linked accounts from computers I no longer have access to still show in the Link to Windows app accounts. Also, windows Phone Link doesn't connect to the Android Link to Windows app.

Please have somebody from Microsoft developing team fix these two issues.

I opened a troubleshooting ticket with Microsoft. You know what them **** developers said that is by design! They **** designed so we can't remove our devices! Them BASTARDS! I am so damn sick of fixing it every couple of months! Someone else needs to make a better alternative than this **** software!

This has been an exercise in futility.

MS knows what the alternative is so they respond accordingly.

This is unacceptable customer service yet that's how they roll.

I agree. I have tried everything; uninstalled Link to Windows from my phone, deleted my Microsoft account from the phone, uninstalled Phone Link from my computer ... Nothing helps. I think the information must be stored on Microsoft's servers somewhere, and we need a way to edit that information.

My phone is at service for the moment, but I have considered rooting the phone to see if I can find any information stored on the phone. It is not necessarily recommended to do this, and I actually don’t think that this list of previous PCs is stored on the phone. It should be easy to let us access the list of connected PCs.
