Remove Inaccessible Computers from Link to Windows App on Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra

Hey I have already tried to find them within the Devices and nothing was there.

I have Provide Feedback about this issue as it might be a good idea to add a option to remove any computers you want to remove right from the app.

Is there a way for someone from microsoft to remove them from my linked account?

Thanks for your reply. I apologize that the previous method did not resolve your issue.

Please can you log in to your Microsoft account via the following link

https://account.microsoft.com/

Then on the Devices page, delete your previous devices (the ones you are not using now) and scroll down to the Android & iOS Device Management page and click on the Manage button to see if there are any relevant device details for you.

If so, delete them and then try the scenario in my previous reply again.

If it still didn't help you, please make a good backup of your data in your phone, then try to restore your phone to factory settings, and then check again to see if it has solved your problem.

In addition, you can connect to Windows, click the gear icon on the top right, enter Settings, and then click Provide Feedback, where you can give us feedback on your problem.

Hey none of those options work. It looks like the linked computers are connected to my phone link account and there is no way to remove them.

I think adding a deleted feature to remove them would be a good idea. I cannot find a way to remove them on my microsoft account or my pc.

Is there a way that someone from Microsoft might be able to remove them from my account?Update: July 2026 by Moderator to provide visiblity.

The new versions of Link to Windows, aka Phone Link, now allow you to delete redundant devices in the Phone Link app.

The steps for the same are below:

• Open the link to the Windows App on your Phone.
• Click your Profile icon on the top left.
• Subsequently, click Settings.
• Under Device control, switch to the device you want to remove, then press the Gear button.
• Click Remove device.

I have learned that you have reinstalled Windows multiple times on your computer, and as a result there are multiple duplicate computer device messages in the Connect to Windows on your phone.

Please make the following settings on your computer

1 Right-click the Start button and select Settings

2 Go to Bluetooth & devices>Mobile devices

3 On this page, delete the information from your cell phone.

Meanwhile, please try to uninstall Connect to Windows on your phone and reinstall it to see if it can solve your problem.

If it still doesn't work, please refer to the following steps to uninstall Phone Link on your computer using PowerShell

1 Type Windows PowerShell in the search box on the taskbar, right-click it and choose Run as administrator

2 Type in the following command and press the Enter key

Get-AppxPackage *YourPhone* | Remove-AppxPackage

3 Please search and download and install Phone Link in Microsoft Store, or download it through the following link

After this try uninstalling and reinstalling Connect to Windows on your phone again to see if after this has resolved your issue. '
