Remove Inaccessible Computers from Link to Windows App on Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra

I need assistance removing multiple computers from my Link to Windows app. I have a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. There are 4 computers linked to my Link to Windows app on this phone. These computers are actually previous Windows installations on my current PC. I've reinstalled Windows multiple times on this PC, and I can no longer access these previous installations to disconnect them properly. I need a way to remove these inaccessible computers from my Linked Account.

How can I remove these inaccessible computers from my Link to Windows app on my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra without having direct access to the previous Windows installations?

    I just attempted Otto Chen1 suggestion to remove the old disconnected PC from my Samsung Note 20.

    My old disconnected PC still appears on my Samsung phone.

    Being there is a possibility of operator error I will attempt again.

    I am having the sams issue on a Samsung Galaxy A54 phone. I only have my current device in my Microsoft Account, my laptop which I recently reinstalled windows on. Microsoft, please fix this!

    I assume this PROBLEM is also linked to UNLINKABLE contacts - 2 contacts linked together that cannot be undone (by any method), so 1 text out mean the same text comes back as well - giving you 2 contact messages.
