In previous version of windows 11 i am using wireless network from router but after updating the window 11 24H2 version i can't connect wireless network from router but i can connect smartphone's wifi and router through LAN cable.

I have done all the troubleshooting steps and update fixer, reset network through settings, deleted cache using command prompt and done all things using with forums or troubleshooting but still issue is not resolved.

If anyone can help then please give me suggestions to how to resolve this issue. I hope windows help center connect & give proper response to getting error fix.

Could someone from Microsoft explain why I recieved this update tonight when Microsoft knew that there major issues with WiFi connectivity related to this update. I am not as technically adept as others when it comes to uninstalling and installing drivers so the "fix" is not as easy for me. Why does Microsoft put the ones on the consumer to provide a fix for a problem Microsoft created?

Saw a techie article about update KB5050094 a few days back. It causes several problems, though not the internet connection one. An updated version of it is due next week. Advice was to roll it back and wait for the updated version.

Hi, I had a similar problem. Tried most of the things, you mentioned in your post. In the end, I found, the adapter was disabled in UEFI. Why do Win updates do anything in UEFI at all?

This solved my problem. I was on an HP EliteBook 840G6 if that tidbit helps anyone out. Thank you for taking time to post this.
