I was playing Hollow Knight when my PC up and crashed, screen just went dark and then the PC reset itself.

Okay, thank you. now what would be the best way to make a crash happen? I don't fully know what caused it in the first place

That utility automatically saves the restore point to the C drive by default.

Click your Start Button, then just type restore and on the resulting list, you will see the option to click 'Create a Restore Point' to open that utility.
