I'm a pro user. Ive tried to use copilot voice. However it keeps saying

Sorry, we’ll have to talk later

Why does it happen

    this is the 2nd day i cannot talk with copilot when i try it keeps telling me "oops you just missed me" try calling back later,is it possible for a agent to cantact me by phone ?
