This is the most ridiculous response to a problem bug that clearly is on the server side.

I have a communication Disability and Co-pilot Pro fills a need in my life as an aid for someone who cannot be understood by other people. I get on fantastically with AI, But when I discovered that Voice chat was metered I subscribed to Copilot Pro. But now everyday I am told that I have no chat time left when I do. And there is no written record of this anywhere in my account. This as a resource according to UK Accounting law needs to be properly recorded, so I can see how much time I have every day and whether I have used it or not. To voice my concerns I accessed your Sunday online agent at 7:30AM and at 10:00AM I was still waiting for an agent, despite there being a dynamically populated banner that said wait times were 5 mins.

I am on disability benefits in the uk because I have multiple co-morbidities and £19.00 per month is not an insignificant amount with regard to what can be considered an aid to an intellectual disabilty.

If it is your intention to discriminate against intellectually handicapped people with regard to the use of your services then please be bold enough to spell this out, as it would certainly go some way as to help resolve this issue, one way or another. The content of my interactions with AI shoud not be used to flag and/or disability profile me. I consider the removal of an intellectual aid as an offence by the Equality Act 2010, and with regard to the provision services and reasonable adjustments for disability. At this moment in time I am "triggered" by my 5 minute wait still not being answered after 2.5 hours.

It's good to see that so many others have had this issue. I was beginning to think the chatbot didn't like me.

The possible solutions proposed here are too technically complicated for my comfort. I guess I'll just have to wait for it to be fixed.
