I am a Pro subscriber as well; I too am receiving the classic, "We're out of time - Please come back later for more usage". I just unsubscribed, $20 is a bit much for being in a beta sandbox. M$, you have an awesome lead with this, please get those great developers on it! :-).

Why does it happen
**Windows / Windows Copilot / feature **
It's on their side and the Techs are working on it, I spoke to them today.
My Android and my Windows Copilot Pro does the same thing since around the 9th.
I can use Copilot pro using voice through Edge. Using it for a workaround.
Make sure you use it in edge the blue Copilot icon.
Only thing is having to push the mic button every time.
Finally someone who gets what i try to say 5 times already it will come and when it does it will be worth the wait be glad it happened during Copilot lab triels and not during global avalability:)

Thats true the Copilot Voice search is not available in EU that is an update I can confirm from my end thats what the Agent have told me so that is the reason for the messages in your regions as well so relax :)
