After extensive testing on 2-3 devices with similar specifications, the bug is still present.
I have a feeling this was fixed on the dev build but was not actually rolled out in the recent update: KB5044384

So as the title suggests, when I ALT+TAB from a game both of my screens go black for about 4-5 seconds and then work normally.
Is anyone else having this issue and if so, is there a solution?

I still have the same problem in all the games I play. It was said to be solved in the latest update. However, the problem persists.

Version: 10.0.26100 Build 26100.
No update is visible in PC Manager. For now.

Im rolling back to Windows 10 until this gets fixed, I play a lot of games frequently and having to wait 1 or 2 seconds of black screen to alt + tab to another program despite having a powerful PC is simply unacceptable.

2024-11-02T09:02:55+00:00 Same issue here, although I've had it on 23H2 before - which caused me to downgrade back to Windows 10.
It seems to occur with DX11 programs way more than DX12.
System info:
Win11 Pro 24H2, build 26100.2161Nvidia driver 566.03 (RTX3060ti)
BIOS ver. 3.40 (latest stable) for AsRock B550M Steel Legend
The issue isn't caused by G-sync and neither is it caused by having the game run in a different resolution/refresh rate than the desktop resolution and refresh rate.
