Black screen issues on Windows 11 24H2 when ALT+TABing?

So as the title suggests, when I ALT+TAB from a game both of my screens go black for about 4-5 seconds and then work normally.

Is anyone else having this issue and if so, is there a solution?

Edition Windows 11 Pro

Version 24H2

Installed on ‎01-‎Sep-‎24

OS build 26100.1591

Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.18.0

Latest NVIDIA drivers 560.94 for MSI GeForce RTX™ 3080 SUPRIM X 10G

Latest BIOS 5404 for Asus ROG Strix B450-F Gaming II

    This is total bs . Just installed fresh win 11 and this issue still there . Work with Nvidia and fix this issue. Same drivers from Nvidia worked fine on windows 10 .

    So I’m still experiencing issues with alt tab and getting stuck or freezing my screen.

    I’ve worked with MS and they said they don’t have any meaningful input.

    Re installed OS 4 times

    Replaced RAM, tried various combinations of frequency and base clock, 4 vs 2 sticks

    Replaced motherboard

    Replaced GPU with 3090

    Replaced cables 12vPWR

    Tried with any GPU (might have something here. Not sure tho will re test)

    Gigabyte is taking a week per reply to email me back. Which sucks.

    NVIDIA is going RMA gpu.

    I’ve replaced my intel processor.

    Nothing works.

    To be honest, I do not know if it is a problem from Nvidia or Microsoft. I have a laptop with 24H2 and Intel iGPU, and no issues happened there. Meanwhile, on my desktop PC with Nvidia, it's an absolute nightmare...

    Anyways, I fixed it by reinstalling 23H2.
