Black screen issues on Windows 11 24H2 when ALT+TABing?

So as the title suggests, when I ALT+TAB from a game both of my screens go black for about 4-5 seconds and then work normally.

Is anyone else having this issue and if so, is there a solution?

Edition Windows 11 Pro

Version 24H2

Installed on ‎01-‎Sep-‎24

OS build 26100.1591

Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.18.0

Latest NVIDIA drivers 560.94 for MSI GeForce RTX™ 3080 SUPRIM X 10G

    Today I installed the update mentioned above and nothing changed

    Im rolling back to Windows 10 until this gets fixed, I play a lot of games frequently and having to wait 1 or 2 seconds of black screen to alt + tab to another program despite having a powerful PC is simply unacceptable.

    Hello,

    I still have the same problem in all the games I play. It was said to be solved in the latest update. However, the problem persists.

    OS: Win11 Pro

    Version: 10.0.26100 Build 26100.

    No update is visible in PC Manager. For now.

    After extensive testing on 2-3 devices with similar specifications, the bug is still present.

    I have a feeling this was fixed on the dev build but was not actually rolled out in the recent update: KB5044384

    This has now been fixed in the latest preview update.

    • [ALT + Tab] Fixed: The screen goes black on some PCs for a few seconds when you switch between certain windows.
