So as the title suggests, when I ALT+TAB from a game both of my screens go black for about 4-5 seconds and then work normally.
Is anyone else having this issue and if so, is there a solution?

I also have an rtx 3070 card. And the exact same problem with alt-tab freezes 4-5 seconds. In a few months, it will be a year since this problem still exists, but why hasn't it been fixed yet? I'm staying on windows 11 23h2, there are no problems on it.
Despite so much time having passed, unfortunately this problem still persists. I have an RTX 3070 card, and when I alt-tab, the game freezes for 4-5 seconds, and when the game returns, there are slight distortions in the readability of the text. When I switch the game (World of Warcraft) to windowed mode and then back to windowed (full-screen) mode, the distortion is resolved. However, the Alt-Tab issue persists. When I run the game exclusively in windowed mode, I do not encounter any issues during Alt-Tab.
Additionally, when I use Alt-Tab to switch to a page in the Edge browser while playing the game, sometimes the images on the page freeze when I scroll up and down, as if I weren't scrolling at all. There are issues like this.
All these issues disappear when I upgrade to the 23H2 version. Unfortunately, Windows forces itself to update to 24H2. I don't want to use 24H2.
I updated recently from windows 10 to 11 after building a new computer and I am now having problems with alt tabbing after switching to windows 11. I played for several days on windows 10 with no issues and after the update its become a mess.

The problem here was solved after the next 2 updates. Im currently using 26100.3915 OS build.
Hey, mate. So, from what I've seen of the last bug fix updates of Windows 11, it's been said in one of them that this problem had been solved. I couldn't confirm the problem is gone tho, 'cause I went back to 23h2 where this problem isn't a thing and I didn't really want to update just to see the issue is still there.
Short story, I haven't given it a try myself, but it should be fixed based on the recent bug fix updates.
