Gidday

I updated my computer today to 24H2 and after it rebooted it requested me to activate my copy of Windows Home. I attempted to using the key that I have but it says that it can't.

I have inserted a screenshot below. If you need any further information please let me know.

cheers

Rolling back to the previous version fixed the problem. I'm going to wait for a stable version then.

I just developed this same problem when updating end of December. Problem is we just moved beginning of November and I have no idea where my product key is located. I purchased this copy over a year ago from Newegg.

I confirm - I have the same issue. I could not overcome that problem. I know my product key, but even though the activation could not succeed. I reverted to 23H2 and all is OK again. Of course, for now I postpone the update for 24H2.

    How to revert?

Settings > Windows Update > Advanced options > Recovery > Go back.

Adding to the pile, I just updated, and same issue here. Needed to roll back to the previous version to keep it working and now widgets have somehow disabled itself.
