I updated my computer today to 24H2 and after it rebooted it requested me to activate my copy of Windows Home. I attempted to using the key that I have but it says that it can't.
I have inserted a screenshot below. If you need any further information please let me know.

Hello, I am having the exact same issue. I bought mine with it pre-installed. They activated it for me, but did not leave me with any card that had the product key on it.
After it updated, it is telling me to Activate Windows, but when I try to run the troubleshoot, it does not work.
The last 5 of my Product Key are 2YT43, if that helps.
I tried running those commands you put, but it didn't work.

I finally found the correct key...I couldn't see it as it was buried under cables and computer stuff...after a couple of goes at copying it correctly I activated windows...apologies for mucking you about....

In that case, right click your Start Button, then just type cmd and on the resulting list, right click Command Prompt and select 'Run as Administrator'.
Run this command and press Enter:
slmgr /rilc
When that completes, close Command Prompt.
Then open the activation page in the Settings app and select the Troubleshoot option, you may need to run that a couple of times, does that get Windows activated?
