Hello everyone, I am experiencing a strange issue with my Windows 11 (version 24H2) laptop. Every time I boot up my HP Spectre x360 16-inch 2-in-1 laptop, the mouse cursor appears significantly larger than normal.
I found that resetting the graphics card temporarily resolves the issue, but the problem reoccurs with each reboot. changing the screen resolution also fixed it, any solution? My laptop is equipped with Intel Iris Xe Graphics and has 8GB of RAM.

So I called their customer service for return and replace, they transferred me to the troubleshooting - tech support. with the help of the representative, we installed a windows 11 update. I don't know if it solved the issue yet, but he'll check it tomorrow. I suggest you to call hp support for this issue.
Sakina, thanks for the reply.
Was that HP support you spoke to and if so please advise if the update was successful once you know. If it is then can’t HP put something on their HP app for everybody to download?
This is also happening on my HP spectre 360 14. It seems to come and go and scaling doesn't coincide with the different windows that you are using. for example my pointer in this window is normal (small) size. When I leave this textbox space it gets huge again.
Well, after staying on a call for almost 2 hours, hoping it would get fixed, I just opened my laptop and the cursor is very big again. So it didn't help
