I wasn't aware of the issue but have the same issue along with half of my desktop shortcuts are half the size of normal. I initially did a restore back to the time before it happened and it came back again. Yesterday I factory reset my computer and added everything back on after a clean install. It was perfect last night and sadly back again today, then I found this thread. Very disappointing to say the least.
Mouse Cursor Size Issue on Windows 11 (v24H2) - HP Spectre x360
Hello everyone, I am experiencing a strange issue with my Windows 11 (version 24H2) laptop. Every time I boot up my HP Spectre x360 16-inch 2-in-1 laptop, the mouse cursor appears significantly larger than normal.
I found that resetting the graphics card temporarily resolves the issue, but the problem reoccurs with each reboot. changing the screen resolution also fixed it, any solution? My laptop is equipped with Intel Iris Xe Graphics and has 8GB of RAM.

2025-01-12T08:21:08+00:00 Hello,
Unfortunately this issue can not solved for the moment. It seems there ia a compatibility problem between INTEL graphic driver and Windows 24H2 for this laptop. For the solution all parties means INTEL, Microsoft and HP should work together. INTEL should find a new update for the graphic driver, after HP and Microsoft should release the update for us .
I did discuss with HP and Microsoft and inform them for the problem. Also I did chat with INTEL team in their community. I hope they will take all of these informations serious and come together to find the solution for this issue.

2025-01-17T05:49:51+00:00 Dear All,
I am in contact with INTEL and fighting for this issue since one month in their community page.
Unfortunately I could not go further now.
Is it possible that some of you will join also this chat and make pressure on them, explaining that you have also same problem, so that we can force them for the solution.
Here with the web link :
Thank you in advance.
