Mouse Cursor Size Issue on Windows 11 (v24H2) - HP Spectre x360

Hello everyone, I am experiencing a strange issue with my Windows 11 (version 24H2) laptop. Every time I boot up my HP Spectre x360 16-inch 2-in-1 laptop, the mouse cursor appears significantly larger than normal.

I found that resetting the graphics card temporarily resolves the issue, but the problem reoccurs with each reboot. changing the screen resolution also fixed it, any solution? My laptop is equipped with Intel Iris Xe Graphics and has 8GB of RAM.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

Here is also an important information from other user, who faced the same issue :

"As soon as you install the Intel driver, you'll have a matter of minutes before windows update will re ove that driver and roll back to the official HP driver. It's never recommended to use drivers not signed by the manufacturer*, windows update reinforces this very quickly "*

Yes but this driver should come normaly from HP and HP Spupport Assitance is still showing that driver is up to date.

To use graphic driver not tested from the producer in this case HP can cause maybe other issues, what do you think?

Did you have also this graphic driver before downloading 101.6458_101.6257 ?

    Hello,

Can you imagine that we have to fix after 24H2 update in our HP Spectre X360 laptops, which is in premium laptop class from HP, a display issue since 3 months by disabling fast-startup or using third party applications?

We are explaining this issue in a lot of platforms like this since several weeks, and Microoft, INTEL even as laptop producer HP is not taking these conversations serious and taking no actions.

This issue can only be solved, if HP will work of it with Microsoft and Intel together and find a solution.

As a laptop producer HP should not only sell laptops and gain a lot of money, they should also give the best after sale service and have to solve this kind of issues in a premium laptop ASAP!!!!

HP Spectre X360 laptop is also an expensive laptop, people can not buy this product with a poor aftersale quality like this.

I hope HP will wake up soon, and act like they should do!!!
