Mouse Cursor Size Issue on Windows 11 (v24H2) - HP Spectre x360

Hello everyone, I am experiencing a strange issue with my Windows 11 (version 24H2) laptop. Every time I boot up my HP Spectre x360 16-inch 2-in-1 laptop, the mouse cursor appears significantly larger than normal.

I found that resetting the graphics card temporarily resolves the issue, but the problem reoccurs with each reboot. changing the screen resolution also fixed it, any solution? My laptop is equipped with Intel Iris Xe Graphics and has 8GB of RAM.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

Every time I boot up my laptop, the mouse cursor appears significantly larger than normal size it looks like 3size in setting default setting is 1. I have problems in three scenarios... 1st, turn off the laptop and boot.(when I press restart this issue not happen) 2nd, after boot the laptop cursor size already get larger. 3rd, after boot the laptop go to setting and return to size 1 when I touch the screen cursor appears significantly larger.

I have a Lenovo with same problem so probably not HP's fault. I tried Intel's latest WHQL 101.6325_101.6252 driver to no avail.

Common denominator seems to be touch(pen) enabled device with relatively hiDPI screen to warrant usage of 200% and higher scaling.

I might consider disabling fast boot but I just ended up not turning off the device lately.
