How do I fix a stretched screen?

Hello, Whenever I start my laptop, the windows boot screen and progressive ring are stretched. I've tried updating and rolling back drivers, I've used CMD, and more. I installed Windows 11 about a month ago on unsupported hardware.

NOTE TO ALL OF YOU. UPDATING DOES NOT FIX IT

Someone told me to go back to Windows 10, I did. Not resolved.

    I am sorry, the code of conduct on this forum indicates all communication must stay on the forum, honestly, I think you are going to a lot of work just because the PC manufacturers screen is stretched on startup, and because your BIOS is very old, most likely there is no solution, because Windows does not control that screen.

    so... alot happened.... i kinda crashed windows 10 and i had no os... went looking around my house, found a windows 7 disc, and installed windows 7 so i have an os, found my mp3 player, loaded a cd mounter for .iso's and then put a windows 11 modded version into it, mind you, i switched my HDD to MBR. heres what i did...
