How do I fix a stretched screen?

Hello, Whenever I start my laptop, the windows boot screen and progressive ring are stretched. I've tried updating and rolling back drivers, I've used CMD, and more. I installed Windows 11 about a month ago on unsupported hardware.

NOTE TO ALL OF YOU. UPDATING DOES NOT FIX IT

Someone told me to go back to Windows 10, I did. Not resolved.

    That is the DotNet Framework 4.8, it is not compatible with your 9 year old version of Windows, really the only option will be to install a more up to data version of Windows 10 to get your system stable.

    That Intel app will still run without the update service running.
