How do I fix a stretched screen?

Hello, Whenever I start my laptop, the windows boot screen and progressive ring are stretched. I've tried updating and rolling back drivers, I've used CMD, and more. I installed Windows 11 about a month ago on unsupported hardware.

NOTE TO ALL OF YOU. UPDATING DOES NOT FIX IT

Someone told me to go back to Windows 10, I did. Not resolved.

    Go to the Intel website to donwload the Intel Driver and Support Assistant and run that utility to see if it can find updates for your drivers, if not, you will need to install a more up to date version of Windows 10.

    The problem with an old version like 10240 is the latest drivers, including the graphics drivers will not work correctly on that version, it is too old, what graphics do you have on your PC?

    I went on archive.org and found a build 10240 .iso file on there, mounted it, opened setup.exe. And continued installation. I picked the first build because the new version, 22H2, is VERY laggy for some reason. Especially when I open the search on the taskbar.
