CPU and GPU drops causing FPS drops in all games

While gaming my cpu and gpu drops and all my games drops fps, in seconds ist normal but more seconds after it drops again, i already tried to restore, to update my drivers, the temps is okay, only thing that is high is the RAM (80%). Its a DELL G15 that i bought in feb, and already disable the movment sensor

    Are you running the games that are having problems in fullscreen or windowed fullscreen? If it is in fullscreen, see if the problem occurs in windowed fullscreen.

    Are all games or just a specific game?

    fullscreen, i noticed that iuf my usbs is connected the games starts lagging, but if i unplug them and plug the ploblem desapears, but hoi can i solve this, wherer is the problem

    If the USB is not connected, the problem does not occur?
