When did this problem start occurring?

    Open Device Manager

    Expand USB Controllers

Right-click each one > Properties > Power Management

Uncheck the "the computer to turn off this device to save power" option if it is checked, see if the problem persists.

If it persists, check the manufacturer's website to see if there are any drivers available for the chipset and USB.
