CPU and GPU drops causing FPS drops in all games

While gaming my cpu and gpu drops and all my games drops fps, in seconds ist normal but more seconds after it drops again, i already tried to restore, to update my drivers, the temps is okay, only thing that is high is the RAM (80%). Its a DELL G15 that i bought in feb, and already disable the movment sensor

If they appear as available through the software, download and install them and then test to see if the issue persists.

i installed the driver support for intel, and there is a update for inter arc and graphics iris xe, do you think this is the problem?

If the USB is not connected, the problem does not occur?

fullscreen, i noticed that iuf my usbs is connected the games starts lagging, but if i unplug them and plug the ploblem desapears, but hoi can i solve this, wherer is the problem
