CPU and GPU drops causing FPS drops in all games

While gaming my cpu and gpu drops and all my games drops fps, in seconds ist normal but more seconds after it drops again, i already tried to restore, to update my drivers, the temps is okay, only thing that is high is the RAM (80%). Its a DELL G15 that i bought in feb, and already disable the movment sensor

    the problem is happening in Rainbow Six SIege and COD III is literally the same thing, how can i do a clean installation of windows?

    Can you send a video of the problem in another game?

    Since you have already tried several solutions and the problem persists, a last alternative would be a clean installation of Windows.

    If then appear as available through the software, download and install them and then test to see if the issue persists.
