Proxy Settings Per User - problems

Can anyone advise me how to stop the 'Proxy settings per user' in the Registry under 'Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings' from returning to Zero everytime I reboot the PC when I want it to stay set at 1. I am not an expert on PC but can sort things out if I'm given clear instructions. I am running the latest up to date version of Windows 10. Many thanks in advance.

    Thanks for that Ramesh I will get rid of it & apologies if I’ve upset anyone. I am on vacation from tomorrow so I will let you know how I get on when I return. Again many thanks for your assistance in this matter.

    The following KMS software (which is illegal) seems to be causing the proxy setting to revert to 0.

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\KMSpico\Update\kmsupd.exe

    Additional note:

    FYI, it's an illegal activation software. Usage of such software can get you banned from this forum. Just reading out the rules for you.

    Suggest uninstalling that program and running a Malwarebytes scan.

    will do but I have just tried Procmon and it is still the same, just producing the one .pml file
