changed gpu,ram.motherboard and installed clean windows 11 but still no fix

    yes though extremely less frequent than before i get a hypervisor error bsod

    not the previous errors(ex:irql_not_less_or_equal etc)

    In this case, I suggest you use the free MemTest86 tool for a deep check of your RAM.

    The deep scan can take a long time, depending on how much RAM you have. So do it at a time that suits you.

    the ram was swapped yesterday its brand new should i still run memtest

    Yes. Because if a problem is detected with a new RAM, it could mean a problem with the slot.

    i swapped the motherboard too to avoid that the only pc part that hasnt been upgraded is my cpu

    though the memory i have is vengeance lpx 2666hz ddr4 is itincompatible with my motherboard b550 vdh pro wifi?
