changed gpu,ram.motherboard and installed clean windows 11 but still no fix

crashdumps provided below before and while using verifier

it crashed again after a while here is the minidump

092624-11296-01.rar

the only difference than before is i installed my other drives

so could the problem be one of my other hard drives

so i clean installed windows and got all the drivers downloaded looks kinda promising no crashes yet its been like 30 mins

the best way to fix the general system file is clean installing right?

Of the minidumps you shared, one mentions only a generic system file, and the other mentions a driver related to the AMD processor.

You can create the installation media using another computer running Windows.
