I tried to Factory Reset my computer and it failed 3 times, and now I can't login.

First time I factory reset my computer it cailed and said "Undoing changes" as it did that it brought up my login screen. I go to login but now I am locked out behind an Error that persists with User Profile service Failed. So I go to factory reset again. It does the same thing. Undoes the changes and says that same error. I go for the third time but this time it is to fully wipe the computer. Gets stuck at 46% for 2 hours and then fails. Still the same error. I have been following guifes to do stuff in safe mode, but as I login to safe mode I am met with a blank white canvas, and cannot access anything at all. The window key + R or X does not work at all. I would like to fix this ASAP, it has been stressing me out. I don't know what to do.

    Also i did that step, and i restarted, but now when i go to login, i hit spacebar to go into my pin code and now im met with blur and it just freezing. And now i can not do the method of holding shift while clicking restart.

    Okay something might happen. It was a blur, kicked me back, but then I hit spacebar again, and was able to insert my password, and now im hit with a very long Just a moment screen. Lets pray together that I am back in. Im scared that it is just gonna be white screen, but hopefully not.

    I go to restart User Profile Services and it will not allow me to due to User Manager using it.

    Also where I can't get a USB, am I basically out of luck?

    Thank you for trying the steps. Since none of them are working, including the 'reset' option, it indicates that your Windows OS is likely corrupted, and a clean installation is needed.

    Sorry, I tried doing the steps on the website you linked. I got to the step where I needed to Open Windows, and then System 32, but neither of those were anywhere to be found. While i wait for a reply, imma go back to safe mode, and go restart it and turn it onto manual and back to auto and restart.

    Restart it. If it's already set to automatic, change it to manual, click apply, then switch it back to automatic and apply again. Try restarting your computer afterwards.
