Do you see any VPN (OpenVPN) drivers in Driver Store Explorer? If so, uninstall them.

Launch "ncpa.cpl"

If there are additional adapters added by VPN software, please post back.

2. If the OS language is non-English, rename FRST64.exe to FRST64English.exe.
3. Run the program. Don't check or uncheck any options. Click "Scan".
4. Zip the two logs, FRST.txt and Addition.txt, upload them to your OneDrive and share the link here.

Here are the two logs(I forget to zip them, in order to avoid other people to edit them, I've set them as view only) --

Also, my current system is 32-bit, I was unable to run 64-bit system, the two logs were generated by FRST.exe.

Let's try eliminating three third-party drivers. One of them is very outdated.

1. Please backup the registry using RegBak.
2. Create a Restore Point.
3. Once done, copy the following lines to the clipboard, including the "Start" and "End" directives. Open the Farbar tool, and click Fix. Post the output log (fixlog.txt).

I rechecked Driver Store Explorer and all installed network adapters (In fact, I only have Ethernet adapter) before generating these two logs, but I didn't see any other drivers except the ones you mentioned that can be retained and the system-related drivers.

Which three drivers need to be deleted now?

Run the steps I posted. They remove the MEI and Windscribe drivers automatically.
