Hello,

My PC crashed frequently due to a faulty memory stick. When I used a new memory stick, the problem didn't occurred anymore. Unfortunately, the crash also occurred during the windows update after the in-place upgrade. Until now, I have been unable to download and install two important updates -- the latest cumulative update and the update from August. (Two error codes (0x80070643 and 0x800f0805) appeared alternately)

I just tried Windows update troubleshooter and get a diagnosis --

WaaSMedicService

Issue found by :WinRETargetingPlugin

Problem with BITS service : The requested service has already been started. More help is available by typing NET HELPMSG 2182

It shows error removing some packages when I try to force delete prnms009.inf and prnms001.inf.

What should I do for next step?

Yes. Removing NVidia graphics drivers will force Windows to revert to Microsoft Basic display. For now, you can leave the Nvidia graphics drivers intact.

OK, I got it!

I've removed some drivers, but the old printers drivers(prnms009.inf and prnms001.inf) showed ''they're in using'' when I tried to delete them, I didn't connect printer to my PC, should I force delete them?

Also, Display adapters, Sound, Video and game controllers and Universal Serial Bus controllers(nv_dispi.inf, nvhda.inf and nvstusb.inf) are all belong to NVIDIA. Will the basic function of my current NVIDIA Graphics be affected if I remove them?

Unfortunately, I'm unable to get the latest chipset drivers , device drivers and bios .etc, my PC is too old, the official Manufacturer site no longer provides them for downloading.

Could you please tell me how to get the them? What should I do if I'm unable to get them?

It can be challenging to install 22H2 on legacy systems with older BIOS.

Please use Driver Store Explorer to uninstall unused and obsolete driver packages. Before deleting the drive packages, export them using these commands from an admin Command Prompt.

md c:\drivers

dism /online /export-driver /destination:c:\drivers

Re-run the setup and share fresh logs.

For the setup you mentioned above, Are you referring to media creation tool, if yes, do I need to redownload it(The current media creation tool was downloaded the day before yesterday)?
