Hello,
My PC crashed frequently due to a faulty memory stick. When I used a new memory stick, the problem didn't occurred anymore. Unfortunately, the crash also occurred during the windows update after the in-place upgrade. Until now, I have been unable to download and install two important updates -- the latest cumulative update and the update from August. (Two error codes (0x80070643 and 0x800f0805) appeared alternately)
I just tried Windows update troubleshooter and get a diagnosis --
WaaSMedicService

The printer drivers are not causing the problem.
The only option I can think of is to replace the DRIVERS hive by extracting a fresh copy from the ISO and running Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to completely remove NVIDIA drivers. However, you must take a complete OS image backup beforehand.
I don't know if corrupted registry keys would block uninstall operation, I just found the complete registry I backed up two years ago(I haven't found a more recent complete registry backup yet), can I fix damaged key via previous key? Will my system encounter any problem if I use the previous key to repair the damaged key?
Also, the comments on the reddit post made me think of another possibility --
"Yes they do. I believe OEM0.inf is a print driver and we uninstalled all printers from device manager and told the system to delete the driver.

I was unable to uninstall it because the process is still running, Maybe I can directly uninstall the program corresponding to prnms009.inf and prnms001.inf and all associated drivers or uninstall them smoothly after activating core isolation.
What do you think about this? Could you give me some advices on how to uninstall oem0.inf(If you have better suggestions on uninstalling, please share them with me)?

The error code 0xC0000034 denotes, "Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)" ~ CM_PROB_REGISTRY - Windows drivers | Microsoft Learn. I think the DRIVERS registry hive is corrupt and that's probably why you're unable to uninstall it.
I was unable to uninstall oem1.inf(heci.inf) with Driver Store Explorer, and I don't know whether uninstalling using the above command will have any impact on the system. Do you have any suggestions on this?
