Problem with 24H2 Windows 11 upgrade from 23H2 0xC1900101-0x30017 Error

So, we're left with options 2 and 3 (mentioned in my earlier post).

If you don't want to reset the system, then it's going to be a trial and error troubleshooting.

We can eliminate all the 3rd party drivers using the Farbar tool and then rerun the setup.

Please run the Farbar Scanner and share your logs.

1. Download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool 64-bit (FRST64.exe)

https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/farbar-recovery-scan-tool/

Note: If Microsoft Edge or Chrome mislabels the Farbar Scanner executable as PUA/malware, choose to keep it by tapping … in the bottom bar, choosing Keep, and then choosing Keep anyway in the dialog that appears. See this screenshot: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/deployedge/media/microsoft-edge-security-download-interruptions/dowload-was-blocked.png

2. If the OS language is non-English, rename FRST64.exe to FRST64English.exe.
3. Run the program. Don't check or uncheck any options. Click "Scan".
4. Zip the two logs, FRST.txt and Addition.txt, upload them to your OneDrive and share the link here.

In Addition file i found this error:

Name: Kaspersky Security Data Escort Adapter

Description: Kaspersky Security Data Escort Adapter

Class Guid: {4d36e972-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}

Manufacturer: Kaspersky Security Data Escort Provider

Service: kltap

Problem: : Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)

Resolution: A registry problem was detected.

This can occur when more than one service is defined for a device, if there is a failure opening the service subkey, or if the driver name cannot be obtained from the service subkey. Try these options:

On the "General Properties" tab of the device, click "Troubleshoot" to start the troubleshooting wizard.

Click "Uninstall", and then click "Scan for hardware changes" to load a usable driver.

I uninstalled Kaspersky with Revo Unninstaller Pro but it seems that it still exists in the registries . I search for Kaspersky in Registry Editor and I found several files from Kaspersky. I guess I should delete them manually, is that correct?

The following fixlist removes four third-party drivers; three of them are outdated.

Running the FixList

• Download fixlist.txt
• Save Fixlist.txt to the folder where FRST64English.exe is located.
• Close all programs.
• Launch the Farbar Scanner tool and click "Fix".
• Restart Windows when prompted.
• Upload the output log file (FixLog.txt) to your OneDrive.

Do not re-run the Setup yet,
