Problem with 24H2 Windows 11 upgrade from 23H2 0xC1900101-0x30017 Error

Hi

I tried several times to upgrade to 24H2 from 23H2 for windows 11 but every time I got this error : oxC1900101-0x30017 The instalation failed in the first boot phase with an error during boot operation.

The update runs well until almost 40%, then instead of restarting the computer stops and starts by itself, after that the procedure is rolled back.

I tried various tips read on google, but none of them helped. What can i do ? Thank you

I solved the problem!!! I solved the problem!!! The problem was caused by the fact that secure bot was turned off in the BIOS.

I activated secure boot in BIOS and then the update ran perfectly. Now I have 24H2 installed. Incredible...

    I uninstalled Kaspersky with Revo Unninstaller Pro but it seems that it still exists in the registries . I search for Kaspersky in Registry Editor and I found several files from Kaspersky. I guess I should delete them manually, is that correct?

    So, we're left with options 2 and 3 (mentioned in my earlier post).

    If you don't want to reset the system, then it's going to be a trial and error troubleshooting.

    We can eliminate all the 3rd party drivers using the Farbar tool and then rerun the setup.

    Please run the Farbar Scanner and share your logs.

    1. If the OS language is non-English, rename FRST64.exe to FRST64English.exe.
    2. Run the program. Don't check or uncheck any options. Click "Scan".
    3. Zip the two logs, FRST.txt and Addition.txt, upload them to your OneDrive and share the link here.

    I remove google drive . The previous error remained even after this step , only change is Error: 0xC1E44000 was changed to 0x721A4000

    WinSetupMon is a filter driver that Windows setup installs temporarily. When setup finishes successfully, the driver will be removed.
