VPN connection problem after Windows 11 Pro 24H2 update

Buongiorno, confermo che anche io dopo aggiornamento Windows 24H2 ho riscontrato problemi continui con la VPN di McAfee.

La vpn si scollega di continuo bloccando il funzionamento di internet.

Mi auguro Windows rilasci a breve una correzione.

I don't see a resolution to this issue. I installed 24H2 3 days ago, just noticed that VPN is not in the systray. It seems to be running as there is a task/service, but I can't tell the status. When I run the app nothing appears.

I tried restoring winmgmt as VPN support suggested, no help. Tried an sfc /scannow. Nothing. Tried downloading the latest VPN version and installing. Nope. Tried R&R the VPN, still no good. Reboots between all of this.

I uninstalled all VPN components, and deleted the VPN software folder from Program Files (x86).

Rebooted and reinstalled the latest VPN I had previously downloaded.

Everything is back to normal. VPN is running, able to open it and select options.

I think I have resolved the problem. I uninstalled McAfee and reinstalled it and it seems okay now.

I am having the same issue; I turn off the up-date and Windows restarted the update on a re-start without me knowing it. This is ridiculous and you can't un-install the 24h2 update. why release something that has so many bugs?

Yes. I have a problem with Cloudflare Warp when upgrading to Windows 11 24H2. Connection is unstable, cam-svc service (Capability Access Manager Service) is running with very high CPU usage, causing my PC to freeze.
