VPN connection problem after Windows 11 Pro 24H2 update

Are you sure the VPN is certified compatible with version 24H2?

It will be great if you can reinstall the VPN program and let me know if it works.

I already tried to reinstall the VPN program.

Some colleagues of mine have installed the same update on same hardware and OS and the VPN works correctly, so I wouldn't think it's a VPN certification problem.

I also sent a feedback on the hub and it should have some diagnostic data attached with it, I don't know if you can check it. Here's the link:

Maybe there's some further detail useful to find out the problem.

I have the same problem. I thought I have some corrupted file so I made a fresh installation of Windows 11 2402. I reinstalled te VPN client but the problem persist. When I conncet to VPN every connetion goes down

Just a heads-up, this forum is a space where users help each other out, and it’s not directly affiliated with Microsoft. However, I will relay it back to the team. Did you try a network reset?

Open Settings: Right-click on the Start button and select Settings, or press Windows + I.

Go to Network & Internet: In the Settings window, click on Network & Internet.

Navigate to Advanced Network Settings: Scroll down and click on Advanced network settings.

Select Network Reset: Under the More settings section, click on Network Reset.

Confirm the Action: Click on the Reset now button and then Yes to confirm.

Network reset already tried.

Anyway, my company IT departement told me there was another case like mine and it's been solved by uninstalling 24H2 (from Recovery doing a "Go back").

I'm going to try this solution.
