VPN connection problem after Windows 11 Pro 24H2 update

Yesterday I installed some updates (24H2) on a Windows 11 Pro OS.

After that the connection to my work VPN stopped connecting correctly.

Did anyone have the same issue?

How can I solve?

    I have the same problem. Is windows going tofix the problem? I cant go back because i deleted the old files to make up space.

    Same issue with Always On VPN appears to be resolved by applying the latest C++ Redist as suggested.

    j'ai aussi fait cela :

    gpedit.msc > Configuration de l’ordinateur > Paramètres Windows > Paramètres de sécurité > Stratégies locales > Options de sécurité.
    Client réseau Microsoft : communications signées numériquement (toujours)" > Sélectionnez "Désactivé" et cliquez sur "OK".

    Mon problème est résolu depuis ;-)

    Same problem experienced. Solved it today by installing the latest MS Visual C++ Redist. Available at: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist

    Installing the latest update for C++ Redist. resolved our issues with 24H2 & Cisco AnyConnect/Secure Client having issues.

    Hi everyone. Yesterday I installed Windows 11 LTSC 2024 on my laptop and found that my Avast VPN is not working. I tried all kinds of resetting network settings but it didn't help.

    I installed in a virtual machine from the official ISO images the Windows 11 24h2 Pro and there Avast VPN didn't work either. After that I installed Windows 11 23h2 Pro and there no problem at all, VPN connects without any problem.

    It seems that the latest version of Windows does have some compatibility issue of unknown nature.
