I never had any problems with my PC .
Windows 11, version 24H2 update is ready to install, I approve the restart, it starts working, stops at 68% for 5 minutes, then restarts and turns off PC. When I booth back, it simply wants to download it and install it again.
Troubleshooter shows Error but offers no solution.
I have downloaded the ISO and followed all instructions, but 26% in, the installer just stops all goes back to windows and says Windows 11 instalation failed.
Any ideas?

tried ISO method. tells me the exact same thing. there has to be a different method than ISO and the windows update.
That will be a clean install of the ISO that you won't want to do. Question of the drivers on that.
Your best bet is to master reading the installation log files or get someone to do it for you. Ramesh round here can do that. Least I think I've named the right person. A dealer would just do a clean install.
Hi. I do not want integrated copilot ever on my PC. Because 24H2 failed to install, if I do nothing, will it never install, which would be *great* (I do not want it)? Thanks
If you do nothing you will run out of security updates in about 18 months time. It's documented, so doing nothing is not an option.
You can disable copilot and other features that record activity once it's installed.

If it's supported by your manufacturer. You get Microsoft ones that get offered. Some people block them. The manufacturers ones on their website should be fine. HP here, an update is offered, they are suppose to be better than Microsoft Bios updates that can be hit and miss. The manufacture may modify a bios whilst the generic one from Microsoft won't be. You read damming posts on that which take the unmodified one. I disabled the Intel find a driver software just in case once I got it working. Fingers crossed we only see bios offers that work.
got it i just downloaded it from the website. i checked my BIOS/UEFI Version its 1.9.0 the one i downloaded is 1.25.0
