Hello
I never had any problems with my PC .
Windows 11, version 24H2 update is ready to install, I approve the restart, it starts working, stops at 68% for 5 minutes, then restarts and turns off PC. When I booth back, it simply wants to download it and install it again.
Troubleshooter shows Error but offers no solution.
I have downloaded the ISO and followed all instructions, but 26% in, the installer just stops all goes back to windows and says Windows 11 instalation failed.
Any ideas?

As of today (Dec 6, 2024), it seems that the 24H2 update has been pulled from distribution, at least for my system. When I go in Microsoft Update I don't see it as a pending update and any mention of failed 24H2 updates has been removed from the update history. I assume this may be an indication that the 24H2 update is back in the shop for some fine tuning before being re-released.
It shows up on My PC to download but fails the download process. Restarted my PC and still wont download.

I'm also having the same issue and I've tried these steps. The update still fails, saying there is not enough space. It should at least mention how much additional space is needed, so that we can clear space accordingly.

Still appearing on my Surface Pro 9
I get same error. The update file is a bust.
