i ran the update troubleshooter but the settings got stuck so i opened it again and now its download from 0% again
it was stuck at 34% for an hour help pls

It's the same (UDC) driver. But the INF number has changed since you rolled back the driver.
To uninstall the driver using PnpUtil, run:

The above commands backup the drivers. After the above operation is complete, run the following command to completely uninstall the Lenovo UDC driver.

its been in a loop like this for the last hour it checks for updates then ask me what files to keep then checks for update and then again do i just wait ?
its also been stuck at 46% for awhile now
I'd wait for 30 minutes to see what happens. If there is no disk activity and no progress, cancel the setup.
