I can't access other computers on the network after the windows 11 24H2 update

I can see other computers on my network but I have no access. I've checked all of the network settings. This all happened right after the windows 11 24H2 completed. I updated all the computers on the network and still no access.

    Worked a charm. Two new PCs running 11 suddenly could not access other Win 10 PCs on the network, although the 10 machines could access everyone. This fixed the issue without even a restart. Thank you.

    i wonder if you managed. however i found a much easier way i had the same problem, pick a generic driver. i went to the device manager then looked for my wifi adapter right click and update driver. however pick i will chose my own drivers and pick from the list. bingo it worked

    I haven't solved the problem yet

    However I think the problem may be that the software that we are using to run the network is just too old and is not compatible with Windows 11 24H2.

    Apparently our software was released in 2003!

    Had the same problem...fought with it for a few days...I have set up small networks before so I knew about the workgroup thing and some of the sign on issues when challenged by other computers on the network...etc...etc...was just about to try removing and reinstalling Client for Microsoft Networks when I decided to do some "Fishing" online and stumbled into here...I say all that to say this...
