I can't access other computers on the network after the windows 11 24H2 update

I can see other computers on my network but I have no access. I've checked all of the network settings. This all happened right after the windows 11 24H2 completed. I updated all the computers on the network and still no access.

Thanks,

Steve D.

I did this with 3 computers on my lan, and only 2 are able to view shares for each other. The third is not able to view shares.

I tried it. It does not work. Microsoft needs to fix it immediately if they want people to upgrade.

    Hi Steve,

I'm Sumit, here to answer your query at the Microsoft Community.

Apologies for any inconvenience you are experiencing. I am happy to help you today.

I think some services might have been turned off. Could you ensure these services are running?

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/fil...

    Make sharing services start automatically.

Press the Windows logo key + R.

In the Run dialog box, type services.msc, and then select OK.

Right-click each of the following services, select Properties, if they're not running, select Start, and next to Startup type, select Automatic:

    Function Discovery Provider Host

    Function Discovery Resource Publication

    SSDP Discovery

    UPnP Device Host

Hope that helps, and rely on us for any further inquiries. All the best.
